30-Day Limited Refund Policy

Obelisk is digital software delivered electronically. Unless a different refund policy is stated at checkout or required by applicable law, refund requests may be made within 30 days after purchase only if the Software has not been downloaded, activated, used, shared, transferred, resold, leaked, abused, or associated with fraud, chargeback activity, or policy violation. Once the Software is downloaded, activated, or used, all sales are final except where required by applicable law. This policy is intentionally a 30-Day Limited Refund Policy, not a 30-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund, contact support@cipheraudio.io with the order email, order ID, purchase date, and reason for request. Cipher may require proof of purchase and reasonable verification. Approved refunds require you to uninstall and delete all copies of the Software, stop using the License Key, and cease all use of related downloads, updates, and support access. Cipher may revoke refunded licenses, downloads, activations, updates, support, and related entitlements within a commercially reasonable time, including within 48 hours where technically feasible. Refunds may be denied for requests outside the refund window; downloaded, activated, or used Software; fraud; abuse; excessive refund history; license resale; chargeback abuse; influencer-code abuse; public License Key sharing; violation of the EULA or Terms; or other misuse, subject to mandatory law.
