01Scope

This Cookie and Advertising Technologies Notice explains how Cipher Audio LLC uses cookies, pixels, tags, server-side event APIs, local storage, and similar technologies on cipheraudio.io and related checkout, demo-download, and product pages. This Notice supplements the Cipher Audio Privacy Policy.

02Strictly Necessary Technologies

We use strictly necessary technologies to operate the website, provide checkout, process payments, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain security, remember privacy preferences, deliver gated demo or paid downloads, support license delivery, and maintain website operations. These technologies cannot be disabled through Cipher cookie controls because the website and services require them to function.

03Cookieless Analytics

Cipher uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate website performance without analytics cookies and without cross-site tracking.

04Advertising and Conversion Technologies

If enabled subject to required consent and opt-out controls, Cipher may use TikTok Pixel, TikTok Events API, Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API, and similar technologies for advertising measurement, conversion attribution, campaign optimization, audience creation, ad delivery, ad suppression, and retargeting.

These technologies may collect or disclose cookie identifiers, pixel identifiers, click identifiers, browser identifiers, event identifiers, IP address, user agent, page URL, referral URL, landing page, product viewed, demo download, checkout event, purchase event, price, currency, order status, timestamp, approximate location derived from IP address, and hashed customer information such as email address or other identifiers you provide.

05Advertising Recipients

Advertising and conversion-measurement information may be disclosed to TikTok, Meta, and similar advertising technology providers. These providers may process information under their own terms and privacy policies for advertising measurement, attribution, ad delivery, audience matching, platform security, reporting, and related purposes.

Where required by law, including in the EEA and UK, Cipher will not activate non-essential advertising technologies unless you first consent. You may reject advertising technologies, customize your choices, or withdraw consent at any time through Cipher cookie or privacy settings.

For U.S. users, certain advertising disclosures may be considered sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under applicable privacy laws. You may opt out through Cipher "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" or similar link, through the cookie/privacy settings, by contacting privacy@cipheraudio.io, or by enabling a legally recognized opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control where required.

07Preference Storage

Cipher may update this Notice when technologies, vendors, purposes, legal requirements, or business practices change. If Cipher adds new non-essential advertising technologies or materially changes advertising purposes, Cipher will update this Notice and request fresh consent where required.
